- Once the order is placed, the product can be exchanged with another product only. No returns are possible.
- As the products are at the higher price range, we will assure you to exchange the product with your desired one but refund cannot be processed for the same
- In the event of a non-delivery as the recipient is unavailable, the Courier Service Company will try to deliver the product for a maximum of 3 times. If you are still not reachable/ available, the same will be returned. The cost of handling and re-shipment during the times of non-to the customer will be chargeable to the customer.
- In such cases,customers can get a new product of the same as a different product
- If there is damage during transit or a defect it has to be informed Within 1 day of receiving the order with a video of opening the parcel.

- Team Ivanah will verify the damages and confirm the exchange. If we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup, we request our patrons to send us back the damaged product within 7 days through a normal courier. We will reimbursement the shipping charge upto INR 100. Please note: Products sent back without a consent from Team Ivanah will not be considered for replacement.
- All shipments are packed after quality check, in case of damage; the customer has to courier back the shipment
