- Once an order is placed, the product can be exchanged with another product but a refund cannot be processed for the same.

If you are still not reachable/ available, the same will be returned. The cost of handling and re-shipment during the times of non-delivery to the customer will be chargeable to the customer.
- If there is damage during transit or a defect it has to be informed on the same day of receiving the order with a video of opening the parcel.
- All shipments are packed after quality check, in case of damage; the customer has to courier back the shipment.
